DBCI-Important decisions taken during the Board meeting

Dhofar beverages & foodstuff Co. (SAOG) have convened its board meeting on 25th of February 2015, and the following decisions were taken:

1) The statutory auditor report for the year ended 31/12/2014 the charimn report, and the corporate governce report was approved by the board. and forworded to AGM for finial Aprovel.15/03/2015

2) The Board of Directors recommended to the AGM 10% of cash dividend to the share holders. i.e Ten Baize per share
