Purity for Information Technology Company announced the signing of a Framework Agreement with the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) to supply information technology equipment and accessories to government entities.
The agreement, finalized on June 28, 2026 (1448-01-13), designates Purity IT as an official supplier of End-User Computing (EUC) equipment and accessories under EXPRO's procurement framework. The contract was originally awarded on March 28, 2026 (1447-10-09).
Under the terms of the agreement, supply orders will be executed through subsequent purchase orders issued by government entities participating in the program. The contract duration is 12 months, with an option for extension.
The company stated that the financial impact will be reflected during the fiscal year 2026/2027, corresponding to the project's execution period. Each purchase order will be disclosed separately in accordance with regulatory requirements.
All required procedures for contract sign-off have been completed, and final documents were exchanged on June 28, 2026.
