Saudi Amiantit appoints new Deputy Chairman

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company announces the resignation of H.R.H Prince Turki bin Mohammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud as board member and Deputy Chairman (Non-Executive), H.R.H submitted his resignation evening 14-09-2017, which approved at the same day and become valid effective 14-09-2017. His resignation comes as a result of HRH appointment as a consultant at the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia. The Board of Directors has resolved on 14-09-2017 to appoint Dr. Khalil A. Kordi (who is currently a board member as Non-Executive) as Deputy Chairman as of 14-09-2017.

HH the Chairman of the Board and all members of the board extend their gratitude for the service of HRH for his efforts during his tenure with the Board.
