Aldrees Petroleum announces deposit of the of the fractions shares

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. announces the completion of selling fractions shares arising out of the company's capital increase based on the approval of extraordinary general assembly meeting which was held on 05-03-2014 corresponding to 04-05-1435 as following:

1.The total number of shares fractions is 25,488 shares

2.Sold fractions shares on 18-03-2014 corresponding to 17-05-1435 with a value of SAR 970,445.2 by average price SAR 38.07.

3.Amount will be deposit into the shareholders account on 02-04-2014 corresponding to 02-06-1435

The Riyadh Bank will be deposit fractions shares amount to those whose accounts data are available, whereas those whose accounts data are not sufficient are contacted nearly branch of Riyadh Bank to receive their due compensation amount or call Riyadh Bank at telephone No. 0114865992 , 0114865993 , 0114865995 , 0114865996
