In 2002, Jarir transitioned into a Joint Stock Company (CR No. 1010032264) and subsequently got listed on the Saudi Capital Market (Tadawul) in 2003. With a paid-up capital of SR 1.2 billion, Jarir's headquarters proudly resides in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Jarir operates with two divisions: Retail and wholesale division. In the retail division, under the iconic brand name "Jarir Bookstore," it operates both physical stores and an online platform. Their showrooms are strategically located, boasting appealing layouts across prime locations, with carpeted floors, low shelves, and segmented displays-all designed to enhance your shopping experience. The wholesale Division: Jarir's wholesale arm ensures that their products reach not only Saudi Arabia but also other GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries. Jarir aims to have over 80 showrooms in Saudi Arabia and the GCC by 2025. They're investing in their online presence to drive overall growth, both domestically and internationally.
