Bahrain Bourse (BHB) hosted an official awards ceremony to mark the completion of the inaugural edition of its Graduate Training Programme, 'Emerging Talents.'
The event was attended by BHB chief executive officer Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa alongside executive management members, to recognise the achievements of the inaugural cohort.
Eight graduates were honoured with certificates of completion following the successful conclusion of the two-month training scheme. During the ceremony, participants delivered final presentations highlighting their hands-on experience, key achievements, and newly acquired skills. They also pitched innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to enhance operational areas across the organisation.
The 'Emerging Talents' programme aims to equip young professionals with comprehensive exposure to the capital markets sector, combining practical training with career guidance.
Trainees were rotated across various departments within Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear to gain a holistic view of financial market operations, backed by dedicated mentorship throughout their placement.
