Future Vision for Health Training Company (Tadawul: 9632) has announced the signing of a major contract with the University of Prince Mugrin, marking a significant step in advancing professional education and training in Saudi Arabia.
The agreement, finalized on July 12, 2026 (1448/01/27H), covers the development and operation of professional programs, certifications, diplomas, and fellowship initiatives, alongside the provision of training and educational services. A key component of the deal includes the creation of a comprehensive e-learning platform that complies with regulatory requirements, ensuring accessibility and innovation in professional training.
The contract is valued at an amount exceeding 90% of Future Vision's total revenues for fiscal year 2025, underscoring its strategic importance to the company's growth trajectory. The partnership will run for two years, with financial impact expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
In addition to program development, the agreement also covers the management, implementation, and marketing of training events, strengthening collaboration between the two institutions. Both parties aim to deliver high-quality professional services in line with Saudi Arabia's regulatory framework and broader educational goals.
Future Vision emphasized that no related parties are involved in the agreement, ensuring transparency. The company also noted that further updates will be shared once the final signed version of the contract is received.
This collaboration positions Future Vision for Health Training as a key contributor to Saudi Arabia's evolving professional education landscape, while reinforcing the University of Prince Mugrin's role in fostering advanced learning and workforce development.
