GAS Arabian Services Co has signed a long-term agreement (LTA) with Saudi Aramco for the provision of various services, the company said in a filing at the Saudi Exchange.

Under the agreement, the company will provide in-plant services across various technical disciplines, including: mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, communication, painting, civil and structural.

The duration of the agreement is for an initial period of six years, with the possibility of extension for two additional periods of three years each, totalling a potential 12 years.

The financial impact of the agreement will depend on the size and scope of the work to be carried out under the relevant contracts/purchase order, the company said.
