The Future Hospitality Summit will open in Riyadh on Monday under the theme "Where Opportunity Meets Capital," bringing together more than 150 speakers and industry leaders to discuss hospitality and tourism investment opportunities across the region.

Held against the backdrop of Saudi Arabia's rapidly expanding tourism sector, the summit will serve as a platform for investors, developers, operators and policymakers to explore emerging opportunities, forge new partnerships, and examine the trends shaping the future of hospitality.

"Guided by Saudi Vision 2030, the Kingdom is undergoing one of the world's most significant tourism transformations, creating new destinations, attracting investment and welcoming visitors from around the globe," Mahmoud Abdullhadi, deputy minister of tourism destinations enablement at the Ministry of Tourism, Saudi Arabia, stated in a press statement.

"As Saudi Arabia continues to strengthen its position as a leading tourism destination and investment hub, unprecedented opportunities are being created across the tourism and hospitality sectors, accelerating development and attracting partners from around the world," he explained.

The three-day event will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah from June 22 to 24, bringing together leading investors, private-sector executives and government representatives to advance collaboration and unlock new growth opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Opening remarks will be delivered by Prince Turki Al-Faisal, chairman of the board of directors of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies. His address will be followed by a keynote speech from Abdullhadi titled "Shaping the Next Chapter of Saudi Tourism," focusing on the Kingdom's evolving tourism landscape and future ambitions.

Ahead of the summit, Abdullhadi underscored the event's role in supporting the Kingdom's tourism development goals.

"FHS Saudi Arabia plays an important role in connecting capital with opportunity and bringing together the investors, developers, operators and industry leaders who are helping to shape the future of tourism," he stated.

This year's program will feature discussions across a wide range of topics, including investment and real estate, wellness and lifestyle, technology and innovation, food and beverage, guest experiences, talent development and education.

Organizers say the expanded agenda reflects the growing scale and sophistication of Saudi Arabia's hospitality market as the Kingdom continues to attract international investment and accelerate the delivery of tourism projects.

Building on the momentum of the 2025 edition, which generated more than $1.6 billion worth of business opportunities, this year's summit is expected to attract a larger and more influential investor base. Investors now account for 30 percent of confirmed attendees and collectively represent an estimated $4.99 trillion of assets under management.

Among the confirmed investors are Al Khozama, Al Rajhi Capital, Arbireo Capital, Blacksand, Certares, Jabal Omal Development Co., Majid Al Futtaim Development, Marjan, New Murabba, NMR Group, Orascom Development, Red Sea Global, SEDCO Capital and United Real Estate Development Co.

Organizers believe the strong investor presence will further reinforce the summit's position as a key meeting point for capital providers and project developers seeking to capitalize on the Kingdom's expanding tourism and hospitality ecosystem.

In a press statement, Ali Shahid, CEO of The Bench - organizer of the summit - stated: "The FHS agenda is designed to drill down into - and react to - the most pressing and relevant issues and opportunities affecting the region's hospitality and tourism sector. We look forward to welcoming back our regular participants - and delegates attending for the first time - to FHS Saudi Arabia in June for strong debate, deep analysis and a wealth of opportunities to be part of KSA's future hospitality industry."
