Nass Corporation shareholders are to get cash dividend of five per cent for last year.
The announcement was made during the company's annual ordinary general meeting held at Sheraton Hotel yesterday.
Chairman Sameer Abdulla Nass said the company will pay a cash dividend amounting to BD1.075 million on the 215.077 million shares (excluding treasury shares of 4.923m) held by shareholders whose name appear in the register on the record date.
