The shareholders of Nass Corporation are to get cash dividend of 15 per cent for last year.
The announcement was made during the company's annual general meeting (AGM) held at Abdulla Nass Auditorium in the Applied Science University.
Chairman Sameer Abdulla Nass said the company will pay a cash dividend at 15pc of paid-up capital amounting to BD3.23 million on its 215.077m shares (excluding treasury shares of 4.923m) held by the shareholders whose names appear in the register of members of the company as of yesterday (the record date).
