Oman Chlorine management is pleased to announce the stand alone unaudited financial result for the year 2013.
The company posted profit before tax of RO 3,710K during 2013 as compared to RO 3,546k during 2012. The profit before tax was higher by RO 164K representing an increase of 4.63%.
The profit after tax amounted RO 3,205K for 2013 as compared to RO 3,127K during 2012.
The profit after tax was higher by RO 78 K representing an increase of 2.50%.
The profit of the company of 2013 included net non-recurring income of RO 113K and write back of provision for investment in associated company amounting to RO 106K. The net non-recurring income during 2012 was RO 74K.
The above results are subject to the final audit approval of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
