This financial success reflects Zain's commitment to innovation and customer service, as evidenced by their early adoption and extensive coverage of 5G services in Kuwait, which reached over 90% of populated areas by the end of 2019. Zain's operations extend beyond Kuwait, with a presence in countries like Bahrain, where it introduced 4.5G LTE services, and Iraq, where it became the largest mobile operator.
