The culinary maestro at the helm is Mansour AlSulami, serving as the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director. And keeping the financial spices balanced is Gamal Abdulkareem, the Chief Financial Officer. The success of Raydan Food Company in performing its work is represented by the increase in the number of outlets for its dealings with its customers and the volume of services provided to them in various fields, while ensuring that it meets the needs of the customer. Raydan Food Company is a Saudi joint stock company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 4030180055 issued in the city of Jeddah on Jumada al-Akhir 11, 1429 AH, corresponding to June 15, 2008 AD. The company's activity is in restaurants with service, kitchens preparing banquets for parties. The name of the company was changed from Raydan Kitchens and Restaurants Company to Raydan Food Company, as a result of the decision issued during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on Shawwal 15, 1440 AH (corresponding to June 18, 2019). On February 26, 2017, the company obtained the approval of the Capital Market Authority to list 30% of its shares in the parallel capital market "Nomu". On November 17, 2019, the company obtained the approval of the Capital Market Authority to transfer Raydan Food Company from the parallel market to the main market and thus list its shares in the main capital market.
