Financial Results for the year ended 31 December 2012

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Interior Hotels Company SAOG on its 1st BOD Meeting held on 16th February 2013 has approved the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for the year ended 31st December 2012. The Board of Directors has also decided to recommend a cash dividend of 10% on paid up share capital of the company amounting to 10 Baiza per share for the year ended 31st December 2012 subject to the approval in the Annual General Meeting on 19th March 2013. The Board of Directors has also recommended changing the name of the company subject to approval in the Extra-ordinary Meeting on 19th March 2013.
