Al Deera Holding Company K.S.C.P. was established on February 18, 1998, as a Kuwaiti limited liability company. On September 8, 2005, it transitioned to a Kuwaiti public shareholding company. It was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange under the ticker ALDEERA, in August 2005. Al Deera Holding Company invests in both private and public companies, with a strategic focus on geographical and industrial diversification to mitigate risks and maximize returns. Following an amendment approved on June 26, 2015, the company's objectives include:1). Subsidiary Management: Managing its subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies in which it holds stakes, providing necessary support. 2). Financial Investments: Trading in shares, bonds, and other financial securities. 3). Property Acquisition: Acquiring properties and movables necessary for business activities as permitted by law. 4). Financing and Guarantees: Financing and extending loans to investee companies, providing guarantees for third parties, with a minimum 20% shareholding in the investee company. 5). Intellectual Property: Acquiring industrial rights, trademarks, and related intellectual properties, and renting them to subsidiaries and others, both within Kuwait and abroad. 6). Operational Flexibility: Conducting activities directly or through power of attorney, both domestically and internationally. The company is authorized to engage with or participate in any party or institution with similar activities, assisting in achieving its objectives. It can establish, participate in, or acquire such institutions. Al Deera Holding Company owns several subsidiaries, namely: Al-Deera International Communications Co., Al-Deera SG Co., Al-Deera REG Co., Al-Deera FG Co., and Univest Consultancy Group Co.
