The group operates through 10 portfolio companies across Qatar and Kuwait, each contributing to its broad service offering. Its flagship subsidiary, Petrotec Group, is one of Qatar's largest providers of engineered products and services, specializing in rotating equipment, mechanical systems, electrical and instrumentation solutions, and downhole technologies. Another key subsidiary, Q-Fab, established in 1996, is a leading dealer and rental provider of construction and fabrication equipment, representing over 30 global brands in generators, excavators, welding systems, lifting gear, and road construction machinery.
