Naseej International Trading Company (formerly known as Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group Company) is a Saudi Arabian company with an interesting history. Established in 1953, it has evolved over the years to engage in various business activities. Naseej International Trading Co. is listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) since February 20102. Naseej is primarily involved in the manufacturing of carpets, rugs, and floor coverings. They also produce carpet tiles and vinyl flooring. Beyond flooring, Naseej operates in the field of office and home furniture manufacturing. Naseej exports its products to several countries, including the United States, China, and Belgium. The company was initially established as Al Sorayai Carpet Factory Company Limited. In 2006, shareholders decided to merge it with Jeddah Industrial Yarn Factory Company Limited and Abdullah and Nasser Al Abdulaziz Al Sorayai Co., both of which were commonly owned by the same shareholders. The headquarters of Naseej is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As of the most recent data available (up to 2023), Naseej continues its operations in the field of textiles and furnishings. The company's name was changed to Naseej International Trading Co. following an approval by the Extraordinary General Assembly in April 2020. Naseej has a few subsidiaries, including: Al Sorayai Company for Operation and Maintenance Ltd., Al Sorayai for Projects Company Llc., The Home Styles Company Llc.
