Dhofar Foods and Investment Company SAOG is an Omani public joint stock company registered in the Sultanate of Oman in the year 1983 under the Commercial Registration number 2017520 and is engaged in the productions and packaging of fresh and long-life dairy, juices and mineral water products, animal feed, rearing cattle for beef meat and trading on equity investments and investing in private equity. Dhofar Foods and Investment Company SAOG is registered in the Sultanate of Oman in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law of the Sultanate of Oman. The Company changed its name from Dhofar Cattle Feed Company SAOG to Dhofar Foods and Investment SAOG (DFIN) as per the decision taken in extra ordinary general meeting held on 10 October 2022. DFIN owns several subsidiary companies, i.e.: Dhofar Poultry Company SAOC (DPC) 95.78% (2022: 92.27%), International Plastic Industries Company LLC (IPI), 100% owned subsidiary, A' Safwah Food Industry LLC (ASFI) and A'Safwah Real Estate Investment LLC (ASREI) 100%, Omani Gulf Food Company LLC (OGF) 100% (2022: 30.80% associate), etc.
