Activities

Ajial Real Estate Entertainment (AREEC) is a public company based in Kuwait City (Kuwait) and was established on October, 1996. AREEC is listed on the Boursa Kuwait since May, 1997. The company is engaged in real estate contracting and entertainment activities, along with related real estate trading activities, including renting, purchase and sale of land and property. It is focused on real estate, entertainment and contracting activities, including sale, purchase and rental of land and buildings. It has two subsidiaries, namely Al-Hamra Real Estate Company and Al-Hamra Cinema Company. The firm is also involved in different projects including Al Andalus, Ajial Mall and Al Hamra. Al Andalus is a project engaged in the development of a shopping mall, a hotel/ serviced apartments, office space, a cinema complex, along with restaurants and entertainment facilities with parking spaces provided. However, Ajial Mall is an entertainment and commercial center, constructed on 6000 square meters plot, providing retail and office space, houses, food and beverage offerings, cinema theaters and children's entertainment center. The Al Hamra project is located in the heart of the city and is the tallest skyscraper in Kuwait, towering at 414 meters. It provides the largest office space in the country, along with a one-of-a-kind luxury shopping center which takes the experience of luxury shopping to a whole new level.
