Munshaat Real Estate Projects Co., established on April 8, 2003, is a Kuwaiti shareholding company listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. The company has a paid capital of KWD 32.2 million, divided into 322 million shares. Munshaat aims to become a leader in real estate investment by excelling in innovation and creating unique investment tools that comply with Islamic Sharia principles. Munshaat focuses on developing and managing real estate projects both locally and internationally, targeting unconventional markets with innovative investment tools. Some of the famous projects by Munshaat: Al Madinah Al Munawarah Hotel Project (Saudi Arabia), Zam Zam Pullman Mekkah Hotel (Makkah, Saudi Arabia), Al Rawda Residence (Kuwait), Al Andalus Tower (Kuwait), Al Khobar Project (Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia), etc. The company engages in investment projects using the B.O.T system (Build, Operate, Transfer). Munshaat is involved in owning, selling, and purchasing real estate and land, both within and outside Kuwait, as well as managing properties for others. The company also buys and sells shares of real estate companies in Kuwait and abroad. Munshaat prepares studies and provides consultations in all real estate fields, ensuring compliance with required conditions. The company owns and manages hotels, health clubs, and tourist facilities, and is involved in leasing and renting these properties, in addition to carrying out maintenance work for its buildings and real estate, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works, to ensure their preservation and safety. The company invests its surplus funds in financial and real estate portfolios managed by specialized companies.
