Arabian Centers Company, also known as Cenomi Centers, is a prominent real estate developer based in Saudi Arabia. Their core focus lies in owning, developing, and operating retail properties, including shopping centers and malls, in addition to buying lands for the construction of buildings and commercial use thereof through sale or leasing on behalf of the Company. The company also provides maintenance, operation and management of shopping centers, commercial and residential complexes, as well as management, operation and development of lands, residential complexes and neighborhoods, construction, maintenance and operation of residential buildings, advertising, publicity and digital advertising. With a commitment to contemporary lifestyle, the company builds high-quality centers up to international standards, strategically located in attractive areas across the country to cater to diverse shopping needs. The Company operates some of the most iconic lifestyle centers, including Mall of Arabia, Mall of Dhahran, and Nakheel Mall, which was recognized at the Arab Luxury World Forum in 2017 as being consumers' favorite shopping mall in Riyadh. The Company's lifestyle centers have more than 4,300 stores and host more than 109 million visitors. Forbes ranks Arabian Centers as the 9th top real estate developer in the MENA region. Currently, they operate 21 shopping centers across 11 cities in Saudi Arabia, boasting a total gross leasable area of 1.2 million square meters.
