This valued the company at approximately SAR 4.2 billion ($1.12 billion) and raised SAR 1.21-1.26 billion ($336 million) in fresh capital. The offering was met with overwhelming investor demand, with shares fully subscribed within minutes. Notably, Sinad Holding acquired 6.67 million shares, equal to 2.22% of total capital, while Saudi Fransi Capital acted as the lead manager and underwriter.
