More than two decades ago, in 1994, ALARGAN International Real Estate Company was established as a family-owned contracting firm in Kuwait. Its founder, Khaled Khudair Al-Mashaan, who is now the Vice Chairman and CEO, aimed to address an underserved market by providing high-quality, affordable housing in Kuwait.
