Bena Steel Industries Company is a closed joint stock company under ministerial resolution No. (216) dated 20/08/1428AH (corresponding to 02/09/2007G), and ministerial resolution No. (583) dated 29/02/1443AH (corresponding to 06/10/2021G) and in accordance with commercial registration No. (2050023902) dated 02/03/1413AH (corresponding to 31/08/1992G) issued in Dammam. BENA Steel Industries commenced business in 1993 as a coil service center. It has since grown to become the largest center for flat products and slit ferrous & non-ferrous coils in Saudi Arabia. BENA Steel Industries has diversified into structural steel & plate fabrication. The principal activities of the company are production of galvanized metal sheets, ribbed and non ribbed, metal structures and metal sheets, ribbed and non ribbed aluminium sheets and chromed metal sheets, electro plated steel, silicon steel, as well as aluminum. Pre-painted corrugated steel sheets, manufacture of ERW pipes & tubes and producing wheelbarrow. The company is licensed by Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources under industrial license number 421102108609 dated 29 November 2020 (corresponding to 14 Rabi al Akhar 1442H). Their annual production exceeds 300,000 tons, with ongoing expansion aiming to reach 500,000 tons soon.
